Nice Spa

It's a decent spa. Nice staff and service, but the gym was a little small. lots of good services offered, priced for the resort. Clean and well organized and decorated.

This gym is ok...but it's very small, only 5 treadmills so if busy you will have to wait. It's thin and long so felt a little like a hallway to work out in. Machines are good quality but the space is very limited. Ice water and fruit available though which was a nice touch. Would choose to workout elsewhere if... More

The Glow spa includes the hotel fitness center. This is laughing a "fitness center" and they might be better off just removing it. The equipment is so bad for a hotel/casino that makes the amount of $$$$ they make. Also, forget about actually using the locker room/shower/steam room.....that is NOT included with the "Resort Fee" that you have to pay... More

As a casino guest I was offered a two free massages. I was treated rudely by an unprofessional receptionist on the phone. When we arrived our appointment was messed up. The receptionist turned out to be the manager. She was obviously inexperienced and poor with customer relations making a bad situation worse with bad attitude. I passed on a comped... More

Love this spa. Started with a tour of the facility then given robes to change into. The massage was amazing, we booked an extra 25 minutes for feet and hands and well worth it. The facility is clean and invites relaxation. After the message we rested on their amazing futons. Will definitely be adding this to my future Vegas itineraries.

My wife had acryllic nail treatment, for a not inconsiderable sum ($130), within a day they had began to crack/break to the extent that they had deteriorated so much that she had to have them completely redone elsewhere as we were no longer in Vegas. The opinion of the salon who re-did them was very old acryllic! We have complained... More

The staff here is helpful, friendly and skilled. The facility needs some work. On my visit the shower and steam room were not working. Very expensive.

I want to start by saying the front desk personnel, cleaning staff(?), and Cynthia (hair/make-up) are very nice. The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. I was very pleased with my make-up since I needed to wear more than I normally do as I was getting married and did not want to look washed out in my photos. If I... More

Now my massage was about 2 years ago in Nov 2013, so some details, like names and such escape me. I was staying at Tropicana for my 50th birthday and stopped in the Spa to ask for the options for a relaxing massage. I scheduled my massage for an afternoon, and upon arrival was walked through the entire process. The... More

My now husband and I were in Vegas to get married. Before the holiday I emailed Glow to see if they could do my hair in the morning of our wedding day but had no reply. I ended up emailing them 4 times with no reply. It was very frustrating, what's the point in having an email address if you... More
