Enjoyable stay in a great location!
We stayed here 2 nights comped in June. Check in was quick and efficient in the Diamond Lounge. Regular check in appeared to have both kiosks and staff behind the desk to check you in. We had a king room on the 30th floor that looked out towards MGM Grand. Our room was clean and well appointed. Large shower and decent sized bathroom overall. Room was nice, bed was comfortable, and there was a personal fridge for your use. The pool is quite a nice area with great views of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel was very busy likely due to WSOP. Some of the food venues were quite busy at times but there was a nice range of choices. The location is really amazing and can't be beat. Easy to get from your room out onto the strip. No complaints about our stay at Paris. Would stay here again.

    Great hotel but little pricey
Great hotel, Great pool. Would be 5 stars but some prices were ridiculous. I am used to paying for premium service but this was a little too high for me. $172 for 4 Pina Coladas at the pool? I did enjoy the Eifel tower restaurant. That was pricey as well, $500 per couple, but well worth it. I think Vegas as a whole has gone up in price

    Not the greatest hotel, confusing
I have been to other Vegas hotels, and this is by far the bottom of the last 3x I’ve been there. The room we stayed in had dirty windows, no room service, no microwave and will not be cleaned unless requested the next day. I’m not sure if this is proper protocol now, but it seems after the pandemic most of Vegas things have changed. Also no airport shuttle anymore also. I’m giving my review a 3/5 also because we were given the run around while playing slots and having a good time with few different stories by staff to get out of the building. The first story staff walking by said it was a bomb that some guest blew up in the building and motioned that suddenly the smoky electrical smell was from that. So after hearing that we gtfo there. After leaving the building and heading out we saw Clark county firemen coming in and out of the building and got tired of waiting so we left and had lunch at Shake Shack for couple hours on the strip. By the time we got back the firemen were gone, and smoky smell went away. It was confirmed by other staff we came across that the incident was caused by kitchen fire at the Vanderpump restaurant inside the hotel and not some bomb threat. This experience made me think of maybe getting insurance if there is such a thing the next time we book our hotel anywhere in the world. You never know these days!

    Paris Vegas - 31st July-6th August
31st july-6th august 2023 I was initially a bit concerned about staying at the paris after seeing some reviews about cleanliness and check in etc. However it was an amazing trip. We arrived at about 4.30pm and there was a queue for check in but we thought we would try our luck at the online check in counter, we were able to pull up all our details, print our room keys and pay for a late departure check out. Within ten minutes we were in our room. We didn't have a view of the strip but there were so many other spots around the hotel to get a good view of the strip it was fine. Our room was spacious, although there were two of us we had two beds in the room, huge wardrobe unit and a spacious bathroom with a bath and an amazing shower. Our room was quite close to the lifts but we didn't hear any noise and were not woken at all by other guests. The paris hotel is in such a good location, we would recommend this hotel. On our last night we ate in the Eiffel tower restaurant and it was my favourite night of the trip, the service and food was excellent, the views were unlike any other we had seen so far of the fountains and strip. We also witnessed three engagements whilst enjoying our dinner! On the other evenings of our trip we did see huge lines at check in as it opened at 3pm and everyone seemed to rush there then. My advice would be go and get a drink at the many bars dotted around the paris floor or sit with your cases at the slot machines or restaurants nearby and wait for the rush to die down. You could even drop your bags into the staff at the main entrance for a tip and go explore. Regarding our room being cleaned, the second day we were getting ready to go out when the cleaning staff knocked and they didn't come back however 4 out of the 7 days our room was serviced so we did not have any complaints there. There is a phone number that you can text to ask for various services such as cleaning but with english phone numbers there was a charge. We just had such a great time even if we did 100,000 steps in a week!

    Great stay!
Had a great stay August 13 to 18 at Paris Las Vegas with my husband, daughter (18) and her friend. Was there to celebrate our daughter's birthday. We arrived at 9:30pm, so easy check in, no lines, was not able to get an upgrade, but had a spacious 2 Queen Room with a view of the new sphere, Linq and Tropicana Pool. Room was cleaned and serviced every day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check out was easy, we asked for a late check out at 4pm for additional $60 (so worth it with a 9pm flight) and was able to settle my bill at 1pm with no line ups and just vacate at 4pm. Pool was great, lots of seating, but expensive drinks. We brought a small coffee maker from home, which saved us $40/day in coffee, so $200 in total (yes coffee was $37.95 for 4 before tip). The mini - bar in the room, takes up SO much room and when we asked to have it removed the cost was $50, we declined. We also bought reusable cups and purchased drinks at the CVS and kept in our fridge and just refilled in our reusable cups. In n' Out was a great and affordable place for lunch and highly recommend Battista's Hole in the Wall, all within walking distance. The location of the Paris is perfect, in the middle of everything. Had a nachos at Margaritaville one night that fed the 4 of us. Delicious. Fremont is a must as well. All in all, was nervous about our stay at the Paris based on the most recent reviews and all I can say, is our stay was positive and would return again. Also highly recommend going during the week, we left Friday and it was insanely busy compared to the rest of the week and would NOT recommend going on a weekend.

    Okay stay
I wanted to LOVE this place but it was just a mediocre experience. Checkin was the longest line I’ve ever experienced. 1.5 hours! Self checkin line was much longer. They also weren’t fully staffed to check guests in. I woke up with a rash on my left shoulder. I was afraid it was bed bugs but could have been an allergen to the linens. After waking up I noticed the comforter side was placed underneath (gross) so it was touching my skin all night, and I’m sure they don’t wash it after each guest! Other than that it is a nice hotel, good location.

Very nice, great value, ask for updates room
Great hotel! We were in non smoking room on 24th fl. Our “Burgundy Rm-king w/ Eiffel Tower view” was really nice. Also provided a view of the fountains at Bellagio. A renovated room -housekeeping came every day. Get a Caesar’s reward card for a lower rate. Be sure to ask for a Renovated room! (Dennys offers aarp/aaa discounts).

    Paris - great location
We had a comped stay at Paris Las Vegas August 29-Sept 2. We were assigned room 2903 which had a great view of the Eiffel Tower and Bellagio Fountains. Our room was clean and bed/pillows were comfortable. While there we walked to several other Caesars casinos and had a good time gambling and eating. For dining our two favorite places were Fulton Street food Hall at Harrah's and Cafe Hollywood at Planet Hollywood. (We're not foodies.) Paris Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating even though it was extremely busy. Paris Hotel is a great mid-strip location. We enjoy the casino and the fact that you can walk back and forth between Horseshoe and Paris indoors, especially because it rained a couple of days during our trip. We definitely will return to stay at Paris again.

Great place to stay on the strip
Loved our room with two closets, large shower and many fluffy towels. Appreciated no smoking floor. Checking in on a Sunday was an hour long process, something we were told is typical as that is the day the airline packages typically arrive!

When I booked I was under the impression I had booked into the Paris hotel when in fact it was the Horseshoe. There was no way we could have transferred all our luggage to the other side of the hotel to another hotel so we had to pay extra to stay in the Paris.

DON'T waste your money! I so wish we had chosen a different hotel. I was in Vegas years ago when Paris first opened and thought I would stay there one day when I could afford it. Our view of the fake Eiffel Tower did not make up for the fact that we waited in line for 30 minutes just to check in due to not enough registration employees at the desk. The room furniture was a bit shabby and worn and the carpet was stained. There were actually crumbs on the night stand. The bathroom fixtures were outdated and rust stains were in the bathtub. The room had no mini fridge, no microwave and worst of all no coffee maker. I'm not a fan of hotel coffee, but I appreciate even a bad cup of coffee to get going in the mornings. Considering the cost of our one night stay I expected more. We checked out the next morning after buying a $7.00 orange juice in the lobby. All the coffee places had long lines (I'm sure due to no coffee in the rooms). We stayed the next night in Provo at a Holiday Inn Express for a third of the cost of Paris and had a clean room with all the extras including a room coffee maker and a free breakfast. There are so many places to stay in Vegas. I'm sure there is better value for your dollar.

We’ve been to Vegas many times but never stayed here before. It’s in a great location and has a beautiful pool area with the lovely smell of honeysuckle with every breeze. But updates are needed. Our room was nothing fancy but while the shower was great, the sink was semi clogged and the water took forever to drain. The Wi-Fi in the room was ok but terrible at the pool. Also the tv reception in the room was awful. It kept trying to reload. The resort fees were quite high considering the poor WiFi and reception. The hallway carpet was stained and there were broken mirrors in the elevators. The pool is the only reason for my “very good” rating.

We booked the Paris hotel after staying at Planet Hollywood last year. We had a great view of their pool and decided to stat there this year.

Pros - great location, room was clean. Great restaurants

Cons - we stayed at the Versailles which is really the old Bally’s hotel. They don’t tell you that on the website. So you have to walk through the Paris hotel, then the Horseshoe casino to get to the Versailles. I’d say about a mile walk. We arrived late on a Saturday. We asked to switch to a Paris hotel room, even offered to pay more if there was a premium. Front desk person told us they were sold out for the night but we could ask the next morning as there were rooms. We went to the front desk around 9 and were met with a lady who seemed very unhappy with her job. No hello, no how can I help you. Just a bad scoul on her face. We explained our situation and she said, nope, we are sold out. You booked the Versailles so you have to stay there. We checked on line and there were rooms available in the Paris tower, but decided not to push the issue. We enjoyed our stay minus the long walks and overpriced drinks by the pool. Our flight was later in the afternoon so we requested a late checkout. Regular checkout is 11, we asked for 12:30. No problem, 30.00 charge. We walked to the front desk to pay as we wanted to pay in cash. We are Canadian and the exchange rate on a credit card is over 40%. We waited in a line that was about 40 mins long, only to be told we couldn’t pay until we actually checked out. They did say that we could pay at the front desk in the Versailles tower. Great. We walked around the stripe, then went down to the desk at 12:30 to pay. We were told, they can’t accept cash payments for the Paris hotel. They even showed us a memo stating such. So back to the Paris side ( Mile walk) to pay. Waited about 15 mins in line and asked why we were told we could pay at the other tower when we couldn’t. Front desk staff seemed to care less and ignored our question. All she said was, do you want to pay cash now? We are busy, so hurry up and decide. We paid and left.
We will not stay at this Hotel again. We have stayed at many hotels in Vegas such as Mandalay Bay, Luxor, New York New York, Rio, Planet Hollywood. This was easily the worst experience of them all. The only other negative hotel experience was actually Planet Hollywood, which is also part of Caesar’s. Maybe it is a Caesar’s issue. New York New York was great as was Mandalay Bay. They are just not as conveniently located as Paris or Planet Hollywood

We went to Vegas for the first time.We are not interested in gambling however l did play the slots and broke even.
In my opinion the hop on hop off bus was definitely worth doing for one day but not worth taking out for any more days.
The food in the casinos in expensive and apart from the very upmarket the food was ordinary. We stayed for 4 nights which was too long 2 days is enough.

Absolutely horrible cleanliness of the rooms. My first room the AC did not work so they sent me to a second room that had a hole in the bedding, dirty fingerprints on the armoire, dust everywhere and trash underneath my nightstand.

Room - We were 2 couples staying over Mother’s Day weekend with Seven Star status. We booked two rooms in the Versailles Tower, great views of the pool and the strip (rooms 7117 & 7121). The rooms over look Drais night club and we could hear the music on the weekend, I would recommend bringing ear plugs or a sound machine if you’re a light sleeper. The only other “inconvenience” is the showers don’t have anywhere to put your toiletries. We just brought a portable shower caddy which worked well. Otherwise the rooms are beautifully updated with a modern French theme and are very roomy. It was very clean and housekeeping did a great job, we requested extra towels and they were quick to get them to us. There are lots of plug-in’s throughout the room with USB as well. No coffee maker or fridge but that’s to be expected in Vegas :). Note, the tower is in the Horseshoe casino but a walkway is being built, you can use the Horseshoe front desk to check in.

Spa - ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Highly recommend booking a service with them. Great amenities, very clean, and the masseuse’s do a great job. I got a 50 minute Swedish massage and with tip it was $198 - which I think is very reasonable for Vegas.

Pool - Booked a day bed for the 4 of us. It was a Monday so the pool was moderately busy and we didn’t have any issues getting bumped into or fighting for space in the pool. Music was good, not super loud, and vibe is really laid back and calm (not a “party” pool). The service was a little slow but very friendly and eager to help, assuming they’re short staffed like everywhere else. We got the Spiked Lemonade, Grand Mimosa and Paloma - so good! Yes the pool drinks are expensive ($37) but you get a lot of booze and, again, that’s the going rate for drinks in Vegas so we weren’t too shocked. Only downside is our safe was locked and it took over an hour for security to come and open it.

Restaurants- Vanderpump a Paris was just “meh”. In our opinion you’re paying for the atmosphere. The drinks are just ok and the food wasn’t very flavorful. Mon Ami Gabi was the highlight for our trip. We booked a brunch reservation on Mother’s Day for 11:00 and were able to get right in although it was SO busy. We didn’t get outdoor seating but were in the atrium which felt like you were outside but with air conditioning :). We got the French toast, burger and fries and Bloody Mary’s - all excellent and cooked like we asked.

Casino - Like everywhere else in Vegas the cocktail service is sparse, but the slots were good to us so that’s a win!

Entertainment - Happy Hour High Roller, Beatles Love, and Piano Bar at Harrahs. We always do these three things when we’re in Vegas because they’re a blast! Beatles Love is closing in July so I recommend trying to see it before it’s gone!

Overall it was a really great trip and we will definitely stay at Paris again!

The Paris is a mega hotel complex on the Strip. It has two wings - the Versailles wing and the Bordeaux wing. I stayed at the former wing which is newer. Entering the hotel, you will find yourself in a maze of slot machines and roulette tables. The registration hall is huge but the queue to register can be long. It took me 30 minutes to register and get my room cards. The room I had was a suite facing the Sphere. It was huge with two double beds and spacious living area.

The hotel itself is very average. The whole Paris theme is done well in the casino area however, not particularly translated into the very basic rooms. The beds felt very small.

The pool was nice however difficult to get a lounger at times. The prices for the drinks at the pool were RIDICULOUS! Small cocktails $35 without a tip. Bottle of Pepsi $9.

The resort fees are $52 per night and you get WiFi… which isn’t really part of the resort fee as anyone entering the casino has access to the WiFi. Nothing is really included and left us anxious as to how much anything we picked up would cost.

There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room whatsoever. I think you could pay $35 to have a coffee (not for your entire stay).

There are numerous restaurants all with a high price tag.

The service was ok, literally ok. Would not say anyone went above or beyond, some rude but all expected a tip.

Location was good as pretty central.

This was the last stop on our honeymoon and was underwhelmed by the service, room and general value for money.

The check in/out lines were very long, but at prime times, they only had 5 people at the front desk. At prime times they should have every available employee on hand for faster check in/out. Didn’t get our room until 5:00pm, and that messed up our evening plans on the first night. The room was dated and the pillows and bed were not comfortable. There was no water pressure and the TV didn’t work, so contacted the front desk and they were sending someone up to fix the TV and the water pressure, but they never showed up. Will not be staying here again.
