Just a few mile drive from Laughlin and worth a visit. Very interesting and lots of fresh air for you after the casinos.

It's a dam, like any other dam. Cant really get that close to it, but you can get a close view of it from the river. Good thing is it keeps the lake full, and like most lakes, it is not being drained to low levels, so the lake is great.

This trip would have been better for my parent to come to the Dam when it was cooler.. They said they had a good time and the water was great. The Lake was a little ruff but it was great

We visited Davis Dam, which is on the Colorado River. It is about 70 miles downstream from Hoover Dam. It is on the border between Nevada and Arizona. There is a nice park to drive in and see the dam. There are scenic views of the Colorado River in addition to the dam. The Davis Dam was named fir Arthur... More

Typical small dam. The fishing was horrible. Asked a local who live there for years, and he agrees the fishing is awful. Overall, only worth the trip for a nice walk during the fall season. Would not recommend in summer.

Maybe if you have never seen a dam this might be interesting but kind of boring and the recreation area around it is very hot and nothing special

We parked at a covered area with a BBQ n picnic table right on the river. About 15 feet from water. People were BBQing n really enjoying... More

We come here to ride our jet ski when the weather is warm. We launch at Davis Camp where you can see the dam and ride up and down in view of the hotels.

While the weather is soo hot in Laughlin we decided to pay the $7.00 day fee at Camp Davis and dunked into the water. We bought a tube for $7.99 right up the road at the gas station and had sooo much fun in the river. Some points in the river are pretty deep. Was great swimming. Lots of jet... More
