It was nice to read the history of the animals they are caring for and reasons they are there. All of the animals were out on our visit, which was great. The best part was watching a black bear play with an object to get...More

Great place! We had 2 children, ages 3 and 8, with us, and they had a great time! The only thing that I think could be improved is their signage. They had moved a couple animals to another habitat and the signs were in both...More

Come see and support the animals. They seem treated very well and are doing good work. Took the grandkids and he loved being pulled around in the little red wagon

They only ask for donations to visit the animals such as a tiger, panther, bear etc that can't support themselves in the wild because they come from zoos and private owners who don't want then anymore. The arc is very nice..

Well maintained animal rescue center. Park workers were well informed and friendly. Back stories of the animals were given and made me glad the animals now have this home. There is a wide variety of animals, from tigers to bears. The feeding of the bears...More

Not that I remember at the Animal Ark but there is a petting zoo just off highway 80 at the same exit on the West side of the highway.

The picnic area does have some shade. Definitely bring a hat and some water. I believe there was air in the main building. The entire property is solar operated.

Hi, Unfortunately Public Transportation does not come this far. Probably Uber may be your best bet. We have heard it is less expensive than a taxi....
