Great show at Pioneer Center for the Performing Arts.

Went to see the show Dirty Dancing and it was GREAT. The actors did a fantastic show and the props were just wonderful. The BEST show I have seen there in a long time. Bring in... read more

Went to see the show Dirty Dancing and it was GREAT. The actors did a fantastic show and the props were just wonderful. The BEST show I have seen there in a long time. Bring in more highly talented actors like this more often. The place was sold out and everyone I spoke with just loved the show. Thanks for... More

Learn as you could find fun in your own local town. Go to the interesting places to learn from. You'll be glad you did later on as you might feel like you're back in school but---it will be worth it.

Even with its small public spaces, cramped seating and single elevator, Pioneer Center is a friendly place to catch a concert. The sound is generally good. The volunteers are always friendly and helpful.

I volunteer at the Pioneer Center so when I volunteer I get to see the shows for free. The shows are a little expensive but are very good.

We saw the National tour of Once in this theater last night and it was lovely. Very unique design, the facility was well taken care of, and the ushers were most helpful. We had a good view of the stage from where we were sitting and could hear very well. It was a delightful evening and a wonderful show.

Being a transplant to Reno we were very pleased to experience the Pioneer Theater. We have been to 2 performances now and the casts have been great. We have purchased the Broadway Series and we can't wait to see the rest of the performances.

This is an aging theatre, and it is doing the best it can with what it has ! The seats are comfortable enough, but the lighting throughout the place is somewhat dim . There is only one small elevator in the place, and for disabled seniors, that is a real drawback. They should put in escalators . Right now there... More

Pioneer Center has a wonderful selection of musical experiences throughout the year. We came to Nevada from an area with a larger choice of performing arts, but find that Pioneer Center fills our needs nicely.

The perfect place to enjoy the Philharmonic. The acoustics are suited very well to a theater not especially designed for music. The best view, with great sound, is in the balcony. We have also seen the road company of Broadway shows and enjoyed them. Seats are comfortable and afford a clear view from anywhere in the theater. Very friendly staff.

I have seen several productions here - the acoustics are great no matter where you sit. The exterior of the building makes it appear small, but once inside the theater it's a surprise to see how many people they can seat. I've seen plays, musicals and dance - regardless of the type of show, the building seems built for the... More
