Had a company picnic here in the middle of July. There are plenty of shaded spots and lots to see and great picture opportunities. I recommend visiting in the morning or late afternoon, when you don't have to experience the heat of the day.

We love this park, it has a great event center and have attended several outdoor events and concerts here. So close into town and a very nice facility.

Lovely park and it has a fabulous outdoor Theatre with a full stage, run by the city. Amazing. It hosts many festivals, such as the Celtic festival every year

This is a really neat place..great for walking..private events and concerts. The park still has a 'ranch' feel to it with antique farm equipment and artifacts..including some old buildings. Check out 'windy hill' above Bartley for a great view!

Nice park with trails and views. trees are just getting established so shade can be spotty. Great amphitheater for singing events and large areas for celtic festival etc. Can get very windy,

This park is a real gem for runners and walkers. Lots of trails to enjoy (especially when combined with adjacent Anderson Park)....beautiful vistas to appreciate. We enjoy using/visiting a couple of times per week .
