shaded area so on those hot summer days, great to avoid the direct sunlight. Variety of people walking, jogging, biking and roller blading. need to be careful to watch for all activities. great place and easy access

Mine Falls is a great place to walk, run, bike. It is easy enough for those who might have limitations but has plenty of room for those who need to pass quickly! Great anytime of year and is a lot of fun to blaze trails in the snow.

The trails within are set up for biking, light hiking, walking, kayaking and running. Come with a friend, a dog or solo and you are sure to find your zen during your time on the trails. There truly is something for everyone in here and you can access it by multiple access points around the city.

Mine Falls Park is a delightful place to go walking/hiking. Most of the trails are pretty much protected from the wind, and there is much shade in the heat of summer. There are several entrances. My preference is to enter from Colosseum Avenue and explore the park on the west side of the turnpike. There are paved trails as well... More

I walk here often, and always finding new paths to take. Plenty of room and solitude for all. Beautiful area and setting. Walk, bike, take the dog.....highly recommend.

Park is very big and pretty but the folks that hang around the park are sketchy! The park is also not clean - has a lot of druggies hanging around. Idk not my kind of place to bring my dog for a walk Nevermind my children.

The trails throughout this park are beautiful! It is right by the YMCA so you can park your car there and go for a run. I've seen people kayak on the river through the park. The trail I ran was about 3.5 - 4 miles in one direction, however I'm sure you can take different routes to reach your desired... More

Splendid walking trails; one of North America's longest surviving power canals feeding the downtown mills; great Gate House at Mine Falls Dam; lots of access points and parking

A great park for a hike or bike ride. The park is just off Rt 3 and boarders the Nashua river and canal. There are multiple trails of various lengths. The terrain is mostly flat so provides options for folks of any fitness level. The trails are not paved and there are limited facilities here. Nevertheless a great place for... More
