This is a short hike in to the falls and then you can actually hike higher up to get even closer. The parking is good and I would recommend this for all ages.

Not a bad hike. When you get there it is a really pretty scene. Water over huge rocks and history as well.

Visited in early November after the big storm. Large volume of water. THe most challenging part was scrambling over roots and rocks to get to the top through the woods. Very easy hike to the falls in my book but I have logged thousands of...More

Short little half mile hike one way to beautiful pools of water. Wear good hiking shoes for any of the hikes to falls. Makes it less likely to fall.

We went on a rainy day near closing and there was plenty of parking. I drove by on a sunny day mid day and there was no parking and there was a cop on the main road ready to ticket. I would say go early or late.

We saw a lot people with dogs. Just remember that there are a lot of children who will ask to pet your pups.

Pit toilets at the trailhead. I would avoid them if possible but in a emergency they are there.
