This is a great place for just watching the boats go by on a summer day, or seeing a play in the summer. Lovely park.

Prescott Park is a special place with beautiful gardens off the Portsmouth harbor. In the summer months there are various types of entertainment including plays, outdoor music, and summer theater camps for young people. Wonderful!!

This is a wonderful respite from touring Portsmouth. The city has done an excellent job of compining flowers around fountains. It is a restful spot to contemplate the day.

We walked this garden at the end of September and there were still quite a few flowers left. Lovely place, near the water. Fun for the whole family!

There are numerous public parking lots within walking distance to the park. One very close one is thr hanover street garage.
