Nice beach, but tough parking situation. Also, not very handicapped accessible. The Dunes Motel and restaurant is across the street, along with a surf shop, pizza and icecream shop, and a coffee shop with healthy food choices.

This beach is a 20 ft swath of sand extending about 1/2 mile long. Separating the beach from the road that runs alongside it is a 10 foot high berm of what looks like mining slag or dredging sludge. It's quite an eyesore. The beach...More

Love perfect ocean beaches? Love rock hunting? Love amazing spots to surf? Then come here!!!!! I'm amazed every time I walk this beach-it's gorgeous! It's great for taking a quick dip, surfing, collecting unique rocks, or just taking a long stroll.

One of my favorite beaches along the NH Coast. Busy in the summer so arrive early to get a parking spot, but there's easier street parking near Jenness than some of the other beaches along the coast. (Pictures are taken a little further south of...More

It was good. I surfed, my woman friend learned how to surf. We had a great time. Parking sucked. We went back again later.

Went here two days in a row! Great beach, but nicer crowd! No blaring radios or cigarette smoking/trash throwing people. Everyone is just chilling and enjoying the beach. Public bathrooms available and we paid $15.00 to park across the way. Bring your own food and...More

My favorite beach spot for catching rays & enjoying the beach. The parking lot is usually full but there is available parking across the street behind the surf shop. You can find your spot & not feel crowded. Definitely the best NH State beach in...More

Not like hampton's excitement and activity, just a place to get away to. But like any beach the water comes in at high tide and goes out at low tide. Best to come Early.

NH has fairly strict laws for their beaches when it comes to dogs. They do have set hours where your dog is allowed, and always on a leash, but 99% of the time it says no dogs. Due to people not picking up up dog waste... More
