It's worth the hike to the top, believe me! What a view! Everything was closed at this time of year, but you could walk the 1.5 miles to the top instead of drive. There are plenty of places to stop and rest. Well worth it!

We drove up as we were short on time. The views from the fire tower on top are great. A good hike if you have the time.

The history...the views ...the fact that the family left this beautiful property for others to enjoy is awesome. Do your self a favor and don't miss out in seeing all this state has to offer. "the mountains are calling and I must go".

People of northern New Hampshire owe gratitude to John Wingate Weeks who created what later became Weeks State Park. His heirs donated it to the State of New Hampshire, but he created this great park, with a tower and house (now a museum). Go and...More
