Great exhibits of NJ maritime history. Many of the interpreters are former divers. The founders are a dedicated couple who had a dream of creating a wonderful history of sea exploration. Free admission.

Fascinating array of memoirs, memoribilia, documents and more. Despite small size one could spend days investigating naval and maritime history. The prioprioters are friendly and knowledgeable. It's worth a separate trip.

We paid a visit to this tiny museum for free showing maritime artifacts and encompassing more than 500 shipwrecks papers. It was fun visiting and books were 50% off. Kids will love it.

I don't think she would be thrilled. It's mostly for older children (5 yrs. & up), but you never know! It would depend on how you present it to her. It's worth a try and it sure couldn't hurt.
