Total waste of money. Nothing to see but a rickety train, rusted carousel and maybe a handful of butterflies. Worst $26 spent in Philly. Very disappointed.

I took my 5 year old grandson. He had a great time he loved the train ride (he loves trains), the playground, merry go round and butterfly house the most. I'm glad he had the experience but I doubt he will enjoy it past the age of 5. The garden is probably better suited for children 1-4 years old though.... More

We took the whole family. It was a little young for the 5yr old but the 2yr olds and the baby loved it. The 5 yr old would have done a bit better in one of their older education programs but he loved digging for dinosaurs! The splash park and train rides were big hits too! We will definitely go... Train ride, old fashioned merry-go-round and water slash fun (not a pool.) Great for small children and photo opportunities.

We stopped here after a visit to the aquarium. We were able to see the garden from the B section of the aquarium and from the fence along the waterfront. The children saw the carousel and were excited to go in. When we entered the lobby/gift shop, we were appalled at the cost. $8 each! $2 per ride! Only the... More

Our first grader still had some energy after visiting the aquarium, so we had a quick visit to the Children's Garden. It was enchanting.

This is not Adventure Aquarium, which sits next door to the Camden Children's Garden. It is, however, a low-cost alternative to its more expensive neighbor. We decided on a whim to visit the CCG because our son loves trains. The admission price: children 2 and under are free and everyone else is $6. Once there, you will have to pay... More

This quaint garden is fantastic for young children. Mazes, butterfly garden, dinosaur dig, and a farm to table play area. Admission is reasonable, check groupon for deals. The carousel and train ride were $2 a ride, less than other similar attractions. It is a delightful way to spend the afternoon. If we lived nearby, we would make it a regular... More
