After the disappointment of our visit to the Cape May winery, we stopped and visited Turdo Winery. What a great surprise. The owners run a very traditional winery with some very pleasantly surprising, wonderful tasting wines. While they only had (4) wines available late in the season, they were all wonderful. Their Pinot Noir was my favorite of this tasting.... More

Enjoyed an hour of tasting wines and talking about the process. They have a reasonable selection of local wines and the prices are competitive.

Small family-run winery that prides itself on quality! Sara was awesome and the wines delicious! Our favorite was the Pinot Noir! Bring lunch or cheese/crackers and treat yourself!

Legit vineyard being a cert Somm I can truly appreciate this vineyard & worth the visit. Met the son of the owner in the fields Lucca, great guy if you get a chance to meet him ask about the vines going back 19 years which says something about growing in Cape May. Cindy the wine educator in the tasting room... More

This is our favorite winery on Cape May! Their wines are delicious but the tasting room is really, really small so go early. They have a lovely patio for enjoying a picnic and glass of wine. This was our second time here and the woman doing our tasting was less than interested but we had a great chat with the... More

We searched for local wineries when in the Cape May area and this one came up. We were happy with the find. The facility had many good reviews and we opted for a visit. A small tasting room with a great staff. I failed to get our pourers name, but she was pleasant, informative and accommodating. We had a nice... More

This is our favorite winery in NJ. The wines are excellent, especially the reds. After visiting for several summers and finding that favorites will occasionally sell out, we pre-ordered and paid before our visit and added a few bottles after our tasting. The patio and grounds are beautiful and the tasting room always has someone knowledgable behind the counter. If... More

The winery is small and due to the high quality of their wine, they often sell out of certain wines before the end of the season. But it is a lovely location on 4 acres of vines and a nice way to spend an hour or so on a nice weekend afternoon.

The tasting room at Turdo vineyards is small but the owners (particularly Luca) really take care of you and know their wines! While waiting for a spot at the bar to open Luca came over and offered us a tasting of Riesling. We enjoyed the Riesling then found a spot at the bar for our full tasting. From Moscato to... More
