Don't be fooled by the name, this dynamic orchestra does not limit itself only to the music of the Baroque period. Their four concert season encompasses all musical periods including the premieres of new modern classical works. We are fans of Maestro Bob Butts the conductor. We attend his lectures and this orchestra always provides a pleasant couple of hours with old classics and newer compositions. The orchestra is competent...filled with excellent local musicians who take their work seriously. The venues are usually excellent and comfortable, especially St. Elizabeth's.
