Hands down a great place to visit. Large tasting room with seasonal selections on tap and plenty to buy and take home after finding a favorite. They do events year round and it's a great place to take a large group of friends for their tastings and tour.

Love this place. Great beer and tours. Their staff knows their beer! A must try several times a year to get their special brews. Looking forward to their October fest.

We had a great time- wonderful tour, excellent beer, and the staff were amazing. They went above and beyond for us and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The oldest micro-brewery in Jersey: River Horse Brewery is about more than beer. I hope these guys write a book some day about their history, work culture, and how to cultivate a great work environment. Hard to tell if the guys in the tasting room are getting paid to show up to work on weekends or not. They seem like... More

They make a good beer here. As per NJ law you are required to take the tour to be able to drink aw the brewery, but the tour is fine. I want to say it was $5 or $10 a person, which included 4 beer samples, and then you can drink after. Good stuff, and very responsive to questions.

Special distance for a special place! They offered a first time 6k yesterday, and looking at the turnout of 800+, they will be offering this again! With the naming of their mascot complete, I think we will be seeing him more as well. The Summer Blonde was good, I finished mine and that's saying a lot because I am not... More

This is a great brewery. The beer that they brew is top knotch, and I love their artwork. My only complaint is that unlike most other breweries in the state, they aren't allowed to sell beer to be consumed on the premises. You can have a tasting, but you can't buy a pint. But I guess that's a small matter.

River Horse was the very first craft brewery we tried several years ago. They have their beers down to a science. Miss their location so much in New Hope but their Ewing brewery is so much larger. Great selection of beers. Try to get their seasonally to try their special brews... You must book a tour on their web page... More

We have been coming to River Horse off and on over the years and the beer has definitely gotten better over time. Great tasting room with friendly people and good service. Knowledgable tour guides. This is not a really big place so the tour is pretty quick. No place to sit down, no food, just good beer which is ok... More
