Pulled off the highway while driving w the wife an kids to grab some dessert one evening. Park Ranger was helpful in explaining our mistake. Didn't really stay long (found a Carvel up the road that was still open) but the park looked nice

Perfect place for a hike or bike ride. There are so many hidden gems within the park that I couldn't begin to list them all.

Cheesequake State Park has many trails to explore, a nature center to visit, a campsite, salt marshes, and a lake. It is a beautiful, natural park, and makes for a very nice day of exploring.

This place is worth visiting. We went on a cold and windy day just to get some fresh air. It was so much more than we expected. Looking forward to going back in the spring.

Is this park stroller-friendly? I am planning to bring our 8-month baby to the park. If not, I'd have to wear it with the baby carrier, in that case, how long is the usually roundtrip of hike?

Yes, in some way. From Parking lot to crabbing bridge is paved. Most of hiking trails are not. But, there are some trails where State vans go around, which are paved.
