There were plenty of people on the beach, but it doesn't attract noisy, overly active beach goers. It was a great beach to visit. We would go back.

Well known for its clean sand, Ocean Grove also allows free street parking, with nearby availability on weekdays. The beach opens only after noon on Sundays, a throw-back to its Bible Camp origins. The town itself offers plenty of options for food, ice cream and...More

One of the cleanest beaches I have seen at the jersey shore. North end is no swimming due to surfboards, so it is quiet but a short walk to bathrooms and the Dunes Cafe (about two blocks)

Nice atmosphere. You won’t hear loud music or have to watch teenagers making out or sneaking booze. The setting is lovely. Street Parking is free. There are several nice places to grab lunch nearby. Sand could be a bit cleaner, but overall, not bad!

The beach was well-groomed and extremely clean. The daily rates are $8 and on Sundays the beach hours begin at 12 noon.

Lots of sun and sand. Not too crowded at this time of year. Boardwalk wide with benches. Dune build up to protect property nicely done.

There is a boardwalk. There are no games or amusements. At the north end of the Boardwalk, there is a group of food establishments collectively known as Dunes. 8-10 separate vendors operate much like a mall food court... More
