We lived in the Princeton area for three years. During that time, I took my three year old to the Princeton library. At that time they had a gentleman with a dog who would sit and listen to the children read aloud. It was called Reading with Emma. The man was so kind to the children. He was especially sweet... This library offers a large choice of books but also DVD and video games. Their online system is very good as well. one important thing to know is that the enrollment is free only if you residence is in Princeton township. You also benefit from free parking.

The Princeton Public Library had a book fair going on when we visited and it was such a fantastic experience! The facility is not only clean and sleek but very cozy- it's the perfect place to grab a cup of coffee and read or just browse through the books.

This is a great library ! Think of a subject/language/topic, just about anything, the knowledge is here. I found this library to be very contemporary. The public parking garage right behind the library is accessible from Spring St. And there's so much to do, eat , enjoy and relax.

The extensive collection is available to borrow free by Princeton residents only, but others can pay a membership fee for full privileges. Parking is available at the municipal garage next door. There are frequent lectures, activities, and events that are free and open to the general public. I recently attended a presentation by Emily Mann and Nilo Cruz, director and... More

The library is well stocked. You can even buy books at the used bookstore for a steal. There is a cafe to make sure you have a coffee at hand as you spend the hours !

The Princeton Library is unique. It is quite new. It is not part of the county system, but one can borrow books from pretty much anywhere. It has a terrific online system to connect to online sources and even such things as online courses to learn languages. Recently, I found out about Hoopla, a service with which you can borrow...
