Not sure what I expected, except that I felt there could have been more to do and see here. Small but informative - kid liked the observation tower and the program (about horseshoe crabs, which people could touch) the best. Maybe go here at least...More

Amazing, fun, educational and adventurous activities. You come to really understand the importance of the grasslands and marshes to our environment. The kids can’t wait to return.

This is a beautiful educational facility with a small museum and gift shop and a beautiful walk in the marshlands. They do conservation, education and research involving the salt marshes and all of the creatures who live there. I was very impressed with their commitment...More

Great little museum highlighting the Jersey Shore. Nice layout, interesting displays, good little film. Started out on nature walk but quit halfway in due to extreme heat & sun. Would definitely return for that as it was very interesting.

Great nature center. Lots to see and learn about. Beautiful, scenic location. The migration festival was packed with live animal programs. The kids really enjoyed it.

Awesome activities. Kid-friendly. Live animals presented by wildlife rehabilitation volunteers and park staff. Amphibian was a visitor from Australia, a Blue Tongue Skink, and the tiny owl was a Screech Owl.

The crew made this trip! Lots of fun jokes AND great ability to identify the birds, share info about the area, and impress with scientific knowledge. We were called the day ahead with some extra location info - not necessary but so nice of the...More
