We actually just went out for a ride and ended up here. The movie was definitely worth the time. Take your National Passport; they have a stamp! Plenty of spots for picnics and walking paths. The museum is small but informative. Very easy to find. And don't forget the Washington Crossing State Park across the Delaware River.

This was a revisit to this park to update our stamps and get out for a walk. They have updated a D.C. Jeanne's this park up since the last time we were here. The visitors center is excellent and we really enjoyed our visit.

Spent the day at both parks celebrating George's Birthday, On the New Jersey side there are some very nice grounds with plenty of paths to walk and enjoy the day. Don't miss this area when the Spring breaks. Also located here are a number of houses, woodworking shop, and a great museum. We enjoyed talking to an amazing group of... More

From the relatively new reception (visitors") center to the historic sites and landmarks (including Bowman's Tower), this makes a wonderful day's activity for the whole family.

Great day out, lots of history, nice staff. Go to the park's website for special events, while in the area, eat at The Washington Crossing Inn (great St. PATTY'S DAY stuff in March), visit the wildflower area and Bowman's Tower for the best view of Bucks County.

There is an excellent collection of arms, uniforms, maps, flags, utensils, and some really fine descriptions of the history of Revolutionary War battles in New Jersey and elsewhere. This collection is much better than the one on the Pennsylvania side of the Delaware River, which consists of mostly old furniture.

Beautiful Park overlooking the Delaware. Nice bike/walking trail along the D&R Canal goes all the way up to Lambertville. A short walk across the bridge over the Delaware River to the PA side. There were still a few trees with leaves on them for a nice picturesque walk along the canal. Looking forward to seeing this when snow covered.

My co-workers and I on a historic tour of the NJ side of the Washington Crossing Park and gained valuable experience and knowledge regarding the weather dampened crossing of the Delaware River by General Washington. Excellent Revolutionary War history lesson from our instructor with the actual experience on site. Another historic moment of history I never really observed from this... More

This area is beautiful with excellent hiking trails and of course the iconic history of a raid that allowed the Continentals to fight on and gain respect for their fight for freedom. The overlook and memorials for the crossing still give me goose bumps.

After a visit to the Mercer Museum in Doylestown we decided to stop here to throw some more history into #nerdgirl's day. I was expecting a bit more, but it was cold out and really buggy which took away from walking around but definitely will be going back soon!
