We brought our dog in August 2016, a Westie to Wildwood boardwalk because dogs are allowed there year-round. My dog and I even rode on the boardwalk train. The town also designated an area on the beach for your dogs to enjoy the sand and the water. Some restaurants are dog-friendly. Many nice places to visit. To those with dogs,

Comparable with some of the best in the country if not the world. Enough rides, excitement, eateries and fun to make your head spin!

The boardwalk here is what the Jersey Shore is all about, ours is 2.2 miles that attracts visitors from near and far. There are amusement piers with rides for all ages from the very young to the young at heart. The roller coasters are pretty good. There are arcades and games of chance and Boardwalk food is something even us... More

While visiting Cape May, we droe up to Wildwood board walk, we were sonewhat disappointed as we felt it seemed run down and very dated.

No trip to the Jersey shore is complete without a stop on the boardwalk. Lots of places to eat, play arcade games & shop. I enjoy just sitting on a bench and people watching as there are tons of interesting characters.

The beach and boardwalk once I got used to it were fun but verything was shut down on Friday when I arrived and wasn't sure where to eat. The Starlux hotel provided no insights or help with map of area. Thought he might point out some of the places that were open. On Saturday thr Doowop Restaurant opened and a... More

If you want classic nostalgia mixed with salty summer air, bright neon lights, laughter, arcade games ringing in the background and food smells that make the mouth water....Wildwood boardwalk is the place for you. The boardwalk is so large that it caters to families, teens, adults, you name it. They have boardwalk food, nice family places and places you can... More

This boardwalk is what you expect from a beach boardwalk . It leads down to the beach and is lined with shops all the way down . There is something for everyone and eateries along the way . Its a long boardwalk and good for getting your daily walk in . We were there after Labor Day so it was... More

Not the nicest or cleanest of piers/boardwalks but still enjoyable. There are way too many birds/seagulls, but hopefully that was just my bad luck. That being said I will definitely come back in a few years. I enjoyed my time and the hotel prices (down the crest) are very affordable June and September.
