One of our favourite producers it was a pleasure to come & taste the sparkling wine - a more modern venue also made this a different experience - loved the tasting & looking forward to a delivery soon!!!

Dropped in here for a wine tasting as we were passing through the area. The champagnes were very nice and the wines were pretty good too. The wines are going to be discontinued and the winery focusing only on champagnes in the future. If you like the wines here buy while you can - they won't be available any longer!

We were driving to oudtshoorn and couldn't believe our look when we saw that this was on our route. We were immediately greeted by a friendly face who explained what we could do whilst there. We opted for the sparkling tasting menu and were surprised with the quality of the other wines. We had a generous amount of the brute... More

Great wine and very attentive friendly staff. Basic free wine tasting should include a Brut as this is (in my opinion) what this farm is famous for. The Bowed head Chenin Blanc 2012 is some of the best white wine a had this year. Keep up the good work.

great wine tasting in a lovely environment and definitely worth a visit. Helpful staff with delicious well priced wine. I would have bought more if not worried about fight allowance!

We enjoy GB wines and so were looking forward to visiting during our first visit to SA. This site is no longer a GB winery and will not reopen as such. I understand that BG still provides visits and tastings at their winery in Robertson area, quite a distance away in the Klein Karoo. People in Franschhoek said they were... More

stopped in for a sample of the wine, as recommended in our guide book. It wasn't super busy when we arrived, so we had a chance to visit with the staff and learn about the history of the winery. Brought home some dessert wine :)

We visited the Graham beck winery in Franschoek and as usual the welcome and the wines were superb. We concentrated on the cap classique which were outstanding. We did find out however that Graham Beck had died 18 months earlier and that the trustees had sold out to another winery and a few days after we visited the winery would... More
