We did this course 4 years ago - and it was just as good today. Dean has so much information to share and there were so many great skills shared. The food and cocktails were amazing! Don't miss the trip to the markets. This was really interesting. Great bunch of people working for Dean - we felt very spoiled.

Dean is a British expat and a super cool guy. His staff was friendly and attentive and they kept the drinks flowing! The food was delicious, we learned a ton, and Dean was great for suggestions on other things to do while in Bali. I would visit the school again and again.

Had a great time learning Balinese cooking, spices and culture. It's more then just cooking it's also a cultural experience which makes for an entertaining day. The cocktails throughout the class were amazing. Paid $130 (which is more then some cheaper classes in Ubud yes) but this was worth every dollar! Location is Seminyak square, whole day class 8:30am-4:00pm, free... More
