Just what we were looking for. Not crowded or commercialized. Just a great little natural phenomenon Lake to be enjoyed by everyone including families with children. Already planning our next trip

We had an overnight here right next to the recreation lake and it was gorgeous. The weather was nice and the facilities were good. We had hook up and the site was relatively quiet so we had a peaceful stay. The following day we spent down by the lake chilling out and having a swim. It's a bit out of... More

I come to know from smaller hotel where I stayed that people visit this lake for Bird watch. I went with okay thoughts however I like this place and I can say one can spend some time on weekend when visiting Roswell.

There are fees depending on what you want to do. All we wanted was to see the area and lakes so we just drove through and stopped at viewing areas. The Lazy Lagoon is pretty depleted however Lea Lake recreational area was full. I can see families spending full days there worth the fee to do it. There is swimming... More

We really enjoyed stopping by this state park on our vacation. it was an unplanned stop but our hotel front desk clerk told us about it. The lakes were very beautiful. It was the off season so the beach wasn't open but the facilities looked nice.

We stayed here one night and thought it was a nice park and the bottomless lakes were certainly neat to see. We stayed in a tent site and found it very easy to arrive when the office was closed and figure out how to pick a site & the cost of a site. We also enjoyed mountain biking at the... More

This is a great place to visit in Roswell. We go there frequently during the summer. It has a nice spot to swim, dive, and paddleboat for a relaxing day in the sun. Bring your own lunch - this place is a few miles outside of town. Not the most updated amenities, but a great place to camp and hangout.
