I've been to this park many times. Nice walking paths, lots of sporting areas and plenty of seating available. There's also some pavilion areas with picnic tables. It's a great place to spend a relaxing afternoon.

I enjoy this park at lunch. We start at the end opposite Dennis. We walk to Dennis and have lunch then walk back. This is a very nice paved trail right along the river.

Went to Spiedefest in Otsiningo Park Binghamton with my wife and sister in Law for our anniversary. Great park had a great time watching the balloon festival and on the midway. Our favorite thing were the concerts.

With it's 3 miles of hiking trails and 1.1 mile paved walking loop, this beautiful park sprawls along the Chenango River. Formerly inhabited by several Indian tribes, today Otsiningo Park is a hub of family-friendly activities just a stone's throw away from downtown Binghamton. Park...More

Walk this park almost every day with my dog. It's beautiful scenery and a nice walk. However hardly anyone cleans up after their dog and it's horrible. I honestly don't understand why people feel that's ok.

The paved walking path loops around, with space for two to walk side-by-side and easily pass by bicyclists and skate boarders. On the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, it was not very busy, except for the pavilion and area near the kids playground. Restrooms near...More

Just a gorgeous park. Has been the venue for the spiedie fest and balloon rally for years. Walking trail is well maintained and it was just re-paved a couple years ago.

Hi! Sorry, I'm not sure. I don't have kids so I don't really pay attention to that area. I'm mostly on the outer walkways. If I get over there soon, I'll have a look and let you know!

607-778-6541 is the listed number for the park. these things can change quickly so I would call them with any questions, opposed to asking on Trip Advisor.
