Took ourselves on a Saturday afternoon to this beach. Parking was very good. Short path way to the beach. Easy access. Cool day but plenty of people walking with children & dogs. Had a very pleasant stroll to blow away the cobwebs.

We were on our first caravan holiday nearby in Bridgwater and having Googled good beaches nearby we thought we’d give this a go. £6 to park right on the beach for the day, which was very handy, especially with young children including a baby.
Spent many hours on the beach, lovely and clean and water actually quite warm even in the evening. Boys enjoyed building a boat with the sand and paddling at 8 pm in warm sea. Even seen several horses galloping along in the water.
It cost's £6 to park, but ou do get to drive and park on the sandy beach, which is convenient. Long and wide sandy beach with dunes behind.
Beware that when tidy is out there are mud flats which dangerous, but they are a fair...More
Lovely beach which you can park on. It cost £6 for the day, which seemed a bit excessive when you can park further down for £3.50, but worth it as this beach is covered with lifeguards.

We walked through the dunes and onto the beach early in the morning. Not a soul in sight apart from a lone dog walker. It was windy but we came away feeling invigerated and windswept. Best out of season.
