What a wonderful place to take the kids for a quick getaway afternoon. You feel like you're in another world, and the kids love it. Great activities on weekends

This is the last farm in Queens County, and it still is producing bounty. They have a great festival every year - for several days - it's a lot of fun for the whole family.

Took my 2 1/2 year old great niece here for a Monday morning adventure. She loved feeding the animals (you can buy a bag of feed on site) and even though it was a cold day, it was great to be out in the fresh air, wandering around freely on the farm. She was so excited when she saw "Old... More

Great spot to bring the kids. Plenty of animals for them to feed and pet. Nice grounds to walk around. A little piece of the country in the city.

Don't expect a giant farm with tons of animals and such. Some goats chickens a cow and some alpaca. Nice place to take a walk and relax. Young kids will love it. Older kids will get bored rather quickly. Don't plan a whole day out of it.

I came to the Queens County Museum Farm on October 30, 2016 specifically for the Children's Festival (which kids were encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes). I am very grateful to have a place like this within the five boroughs and not have to drive two hours to have a similar experience. We had a wonderful family day here. We... More

We wanted to spend some time outside Manhattan and didn't want to pay for a river or winery tour, so I found the Queens County Farm Museum. General Entry is free and you can get there using public transit, but it does take a while. Once we finally got there - use the website's instructions, not your phone's - we... More

This place is good for a family outing. The corn maze is good it will take 20 to 1 hour time to complete. They are well organised and you have options for food( very expensive) You can also pick your pumpkin and see chickens, goats, cow and horses.

This is a wonderful place for a solo outing, romantic couples walk or family day out. It recommend going when there are no events, it's free and tranquil. If you prefer lots of activity check out their calendar for fairs and events. I've been coming here since I was little and I still love it. Every year I do the... More

This place is so nice. I've been several times for different occasions. The garden of vegetables are beautiful to see, the chickens, goats, alpacas and pigs are great to see up close. They have a hayride that you can purchase for small fee and a children's petting zoo. The farm stand has fresh vegetables you can purchase. It's just a... More
