Highly recommend to visit the Museum. It used to be a nun's home. It is very peaceful and beautiful with a very nice exhibition of some of the history of mexico.

Beautiful building. Some crazy modern exibits, lots of heavy religious paintings and an interesting mixture of more modern artists. Donations accepted in a glass box and photos allowed for a small fee of 15 pesos.

loads of interesting things to see - especially for tourists, it's location set behind a plain front was most impressive

The Museum is 55.00 MX (about $3.00 USD) it is pretty extensive regarding the history of the area. Unfortunately, nothing is in English. There was a nice student who did his best to explain exhibits to us.

A trip to this museum is worth the visit just to see the architecture of the building in this lovely part of Queretaro's historic center. We've visited multiple times and the collections are interesting. There is no cost.

Extremely well done museum and stunning architectural beauty. Very lovely way to spend a couple of hours in downtown Querétaro away from the bustle of the streets
