We had been told of this beach and caught a bus from the bus station at Split. The driver appeared to have taken a long route through the canyon which was spectacular .we were dropped at the top and followed the road down but we...More

Beautiful beach as a term does not do justice for this World Heritage site and one of the most beautiful beaches in the World. A truly wonderful place to have a relaxing holiday.

Crystal clear waters, small pebbles beach. Pine trees for shade. A lovely walkway to walk, run or cycle along.

We visited this beach just out of season and it was picturesque, quiet and stunningly beautiful. The water was crystal clear and calm, the beach was clean and the tree lined shore is a sight to see. The beach is pebbly so footwear is advisable....More

Very nice beach, very clean water, very busy. the parking is expansive 100 kunas a day, the sunbeds are also not cheap. The view and beauty of this place is worth the money. The trees above your beds give shade, nice bar near the beach.

It's a very nice and clean pebbly beach, the water is calm and crystal clear and the area very beautiful. As it was said before in other reviews bring reef shoes as the accesses to water could be a bit rough comparing to sandy beaches,...More

First visit to Brela and we loved it! Although beaches are pebbles they are still great and this also means crystal clear water! Plenty of shade but can sometimes get crowded. The scenery here is stunning and we will definitely be returning!

Google maps says 10.5 hours walking distance. I would say that is a "no, you can't walk from Diocletian's Palace to Brela Beach".
