We had a large college reunion group staying at a house at the Hamptons. We had a hard time finding a beach that had free parking. From reading fellow Trip Advisor reviews, most of the beaches required an annual season pass or charged $30 per...More

We told our yoga instructor earlier in the day that our plan was to hit the beach. She suggested that we go to Kirk Park Beach to watch the surfers. Being on the ocean side of the island, it's cold and choppy. The beach itself...More

As an out of town visitor from Erie PA with free beaches and parking, I was sort of surprised by the fees for beach parking on Long Island. I didn't want to pay for just a quick visit to see a beach so I had...More

Clean, quiet, public bathrooms, free parking. Volleyball nets were up, kites, boogie boarding. Perfect family beach. Must be able to climb over a large dune to access the beach.

This beach is worth the trip no matter where you are in the Hamptons. The sand is soft and powdery-white, the waves are awesome (kids loved it!), and parking is free. It's all the beauty the Hamptons have to offer without the hype. There are...More

The Atlantic is about 6 shades of blue here. Most of the beachgoers are families. Lots of umbrellas, people reading, kids playing Spike Ball, Frisbee. Public bathrooms are not too bad!
