Beautiful but very very windy in February. Fantastic to walk along and a must to go onto the pier and watch all the locals getting the fresh fish in!

Cristal clear water, nice, sandy beaches for kilometers. Hotels/resort are having sunbeds, there are beach bars as well. And some local dogs are also there. If you like surfing, kite surfing, perfect place for you. Do not forget sunscreen at home!

Lovelly long white sandy beach here. You get a few stray dogs on the beach but did not cause us any problems.Sea seemed more calm than at our hotel the Riu palace and was beautifully turquoise blue. Was quite windy at times but this does not affect the temperature. It was very safe for swimming at the time of our visit and quite... Lots happening around this beach with restaurants, several rental conpanies and the docks with incoming fishermen nearby. Beautiful sandy beach with the ocean easy accessible. Great place for a day at the beach.

Arrive here between 10 and 11 am to see the locals bring in their catch and sell from the pier. Fish are prepared fresh for selling and children assist their parents in the family business.

Day trip. Beach nice but there are better quieter ones elsewhere on the island. Pack aqua shoes and you'll be fine

Great beach, goes on for miles, plenty of sunbeds without being crowded, beach bars for that cold lunchtime beer. Watersports are available if you want them including kite-surfing, wind surfing, diving.

sit in one of the beachside bars with a cold beer and watch the people go by or the energetic surfers trying to catch a wave...wonderful way to waste a couple of hours.

I walked here along the shoreline from my hotel. I'm glad I'm not staying in SM because the hotel was better. There are touts around who say they work at the hotel you are staying in. They of course do not and get the information from your wrist band. If you politely tell them you're not interested in their wares... More
