Wide range of animals in natural environments. Would recommend a visit duriing nice weather since many of the animals are outside. Small outside snack bar. Free parking. Bring your camera. Should be able to see everything in 2 hours or less.

Been visiting the zoo for 30 years with the kids and always wish the primates had a nicer place. They say it is being planned, but I've heard that for years. Otherwise a small zoo that takes about an hour to see.

Have not been to the zoo in years. The elephant habitat is so much more spacious for them. Construction is going on but still a nice visit!

I remember there were a lot of indoor facilities. Though we've never been there in Winter, I can imagine it would be a nice trip in the winter to see the indoor displays and animals.
