A sequel that was better than the first one!

I had been to Rohrbach's at the Public Market several years ago. Recently, I went back with a group and was "wowed". First we got our first beer- yummy- and then proceeded to... read more

The brewery is rustic and in a warehouse. Served local beers which are very good. Beer snobs love this place. The flights are adequately priced with good amount of beer. The place is great with 20 something crowd. Me, I'm a little older and sensitive to noise. It was very loud with everyone trying to talk over the other. Not... More

I had been to Rohrbach's at the Public Market several years ago. Recently, I went back with a group and was "wowed". First we got our first beer- yummy- and then proceeded to take a tour of the brewery with Bill. It was entertaining and informative and just fun. Then we moved on to the renovated brewery which now has... More

Years ago was the last time I was in this place and it was just an open warehouse with brewing equipment. I had read that it had been converted into something more but we never had a chance to visit until this past Friday with out-of-town visitors. We needed to escape the pouring rain so we decided to stop in... More

Had a conference in Rochester at the Rohrbach Brewery on Railroad St. Tough to find but well worth the journey! It looks like a converted factory, and the smell of German cuisine and hops fills the olfactory glands when you step in the door. We had a tour of the brewery where they were making blueberry ale. We also got... More

Went with a party of four for perhaps our tenth visit to the beer hall near the public market. Without exception, everyone in the party thoroughly enjoyed themselves. First, the beer hall has undergone extensive remodeling and expansion in the past year and is really an outstanding venue with real wood everywhere. The wrap around bar is a sight to... More

We decided to go to Rorabach's because we love the beer and heard they had wood fired pizza. We split a delicious summer salad and the wood fire pizza of the night that had chicken, artichoke and spinach and a cheese sauce, it was amazing! Will definitely do it again😊

We took a taxi from Roc brewing over to Rohrbach. The brewery was a little tough to find at first. When we walked inside we were pleasantly surprised at how big this place is. It doesn't look this big from the outside. The bar is huge and beautiful! Wood everywhere and a ton of places to sit which is nice.... More

We were a group of 8 on a tasting tour with partner Black Button Distilling next door on Railroad Street outside the Public Market. Terrific atmosphere at this location. Large with long tables that accommodate large groups. Pub height chairs. A couple of large flat screen tvs. Took great advantage of the building's interior. Huge sliding barn door separates a... I've liked Rohrbach's beers since I first tasted one at a Redwings game at Frontier Field when I first lived in Rochester. I had the chance to visit their restaurant and brewery for a party, and they've built a really nice place with great food and all of their beers on tap and available to take home in growlers for... Tonight after dropping off our granddaughter we decided to stop here for something to eat. This is actually the second time we have eaten here and both times were great. You can tell this is a great place because there is always a good crowd. We both had craft pilsner beer brewed on site and they were cold and great.... More
