This is the coolest, most eclectic art museum I've been to.

It's a must see if you like all art forms. My son and daughter in law loved it so much that got married here. It's a great place for a wedding if you want something different.

We visited ARTISANworks, 565 Blossom Rd # L, Rochester, NY 14610, (585) 288-7170 and we met Louis Perticone, its founder. Louis is quite a character and he has created an assemblage of items that are splattered everywhere one looks in his multi-roomed industrial setting. It is staggering, so many pieces all vying for attention at the same time. Louis says... More

Had an hour and a half to spend before heading home from RIT weekend. Daughter who is RIT student recommended as a place to spend some time. Thoroughly enjoyed wandering among everything from pictures of historical places, seeing old cars (perfect example of my 1960's Corvair), eagle sculpture with car keys and lots of old photography memorabilia. Will make sure... More

A GREAT community destination! Also a fun place to bring out of town visitors, as there are many local references throughout - Ramon Santiago, Frank Lloyd Wright, Ross Rider.....We are looking forward to attending my stepdaughter's wedding reception here in June.

I like the experience of visiting Artisanworks, but am mixed on contents/artwork. I think everyone should visit, but entrance fee pricey.

This is simply a rare and wonderful place. Local artists of all kinds of genre have gathered here. It's somewhat like an art amusement park. It's purely fun for all ages.

Never seen anything like it - a collection for everyone- every time you turn a corner or enter another room - you hear OMG. My husband and I totally enjoyed it - great photo taking and they have a space where they hold events. A definite must when you visit Rochester...one of a kind is you love Art and Collections!!

This place is eclectic, unique, informative and fun. As you walk from room to room, it feels like you are stepping from one world into another, and each room has a story to tell. It's a window into the history of Rochester, but also just a fun approach to art in general. Go and spend a few hours, and then... More

A truly unique place! You never know what you will see here. It changes and there are some very different things. I don't know if classifying it as a museum is quite the way to describe it. There is an eclectic group of art works, cars, antiques just about everything and everything you could imagine. It takes time to look... More
