This is where I watched my mother marry her high school sweetheart! It was beautiful and very classy! Despite the wind, it was a next-to-perfect location! Amazing views!

Scenery is outstanding..flowers and garden was awesome..The town is very small with a few retardants on the water front..If you are up that way you must stop by..coast guard station is down the road from here

The museum part is small but nicely done. A nice vantage point to view Lake Ontario and the first lighthouse I have ever been in that will let you walk up to the top and view from a realistic angle

We learned so much! Who knew the British were here during the War of 1812? You can still climb all the way to the top of the tower. Great books in the gift shop. Lovely spacious grounds.

The lighthouse is a repository of historical information on Sodus Point. The lighthouse in located on a beautiful bluff overlooking Lake Ontario and is a very popular place for weddings and other special events. Summer Sunday afternoons bring live entertainment from 2 to 4, bring a chair and relax.
