After visiting Napa Valley and spending three times what is charged here and getting less and smaller tastings, I think the winery tour is well worth the price of admission and a wonderful experience. After the tour you get to sample wines. You have four...More

The location was very easy to find, and on a Saturday it took us about 1 hour and 15 minutes to get there from Manhattan. We met two of our friends at Brotherhood Winery who live in the area and go there on a regular...More

Our large group of 18 friends took the tour of the underground winery ($6 per person) and had a great time. Our tour guide (sorry, cannot recall his name) was very educational and quite informative and gave a wonderful tour of the history of the...More

This is a somewhat unusual winery tour as most of it is underground. The history of the buildings and ownership is very interesting and most of the tour focuses on that rather than the making of wine. This makes sense especially since there are no...More

We went to Brotherhood expecting to do wine tasting. For the admission price we also enjoyed an interesting history tour of the winery, and got to keep our glass. The wines are great, and tour guide knowledgeable. A very nice afternoon spent at the Brotherhood.

The personality and knowledge of Tom, our tour director at the winery, kept a group of 40 quiet and enrapt as we negotiated our way through the bowels of the winery! Everyone raved about the tour. The tasting was fun - the staff was friendly...More

What a terrific selection of wines at America's oldest winery here on the Shawangunk Wine Trail. We loved our visit here, although we arrived at 4:30, and they were closing at 5PM. so we couldn't do a full tasting. However, the rep allowed us to...More

I'm a little late to the game, but if you are interested in a bed and breakfast, I LOVE the Dominion House B&B. It's about a 10 minute drive away. I go every year!
