One of the reasons for coming to Herm, having read Jenny Wood's book , was to visit the chapel and see the memorial to Jenny & Peter Wood in the chapel garden. It is a delight, as indeed is the whole island. Lovely little stain...More

Happened upon the delightful chapel while waking round Herm ... seeking inspiration for a musical composition ... 6 years ago - but can't enter that as the visit date on the website ... I'd still recommend a visit

A tiny chapel surrounded by flowers. Well worth a visit. It's charming. Peaceful find . it's by some holiday cottages but retains a mysterious atmosphere

This is a beautiful little chapel in the heart of what can be considered to be Herm's one and only village, which is really little more than a cluster of houses. The Chapel, which is still in use may be small but it is nevertheless...More

Not being a practising Christian, I have not experienced a service here, but friends of ours have. A small church with a close community atmosphere, whether just browsing or partaking of devotions; it is worth a look.

A beautiful small chapel which is still in use and is a tranquil haven. Such an unexpected place to stumble upon up a hill in Herm . Well worth a visit and I would have loved the opportunity to attend a service here.

Tiny chapel on the island, has a beautiful location and is covered in million flowers. Great place to find some peace and quiet away from the crowdy beaches and busy Tavern. Nice stop to do along your walk through the village.

This is a tiny chapel and no architectural masterpiece but it offers a strong sense of local character and spirit and is vital as part of a visit to Herm.

Thoroughly enjoyed our brief visit to St Tugal's Chapel. Felt it very heartening to see that both Jenny and Peter have been laid to rest in the garden of the chapel. The short detour is well worth the visit.
