My roommate and I were traveling through on a road trip and visited all four caves. This one quickly became our favourite. Not only was the cave beautiful and impressive, our guide Deb was amazing! She was informative and fun. We were also impressed with the amount of stairs she managed to do with a smile on her face. It... More

Didn't even know this cave existed until we arrived in Margaret River and it was a neat place to stumble upon. The guided tour was great and our guide James gave us all the relevant information with great enthusiasm. Tour went for just under an hour which was plenty long enough! Pretty cool little place to visit! My partner wants... More

Great place to visit while in the South West. Good value and easy access for children and elderly. This cave is certainly a jewel with amazing examples of what a limestone cave can produce. Tour guides knowledgable and have slick program. This a must stop enjoy!

I was a little hesitant to visit another cave, as we lived in New Zealand and Australia and had visited a few in the past. We decided to visit Jewel Cave on a recommendation from a local tour operator. We were so happy to have stopped here as the cave was extraordinary! Amazing formations, knowledgable tour guide and very enjoyable... More

We were booked on 12.30 tour so we had a bit of a wait didn't mind lovely cafe onsite fairly priced - then an announcement came Over the system to say they were doing a 12 o'clock tour so we thought rather than wait the hour we would go on that one BIG MISTAKE - 36 people assembled you begin... Beautiful natural attraction, easily accessible by car. Tour guide had great knowledge of the history of the caves discovery and development into a tourist attraction.

We took are two young kids to this cave. It was well set out, group sizes were very reasonable and the Tour guide was very knowledgeable and she made for a wonderful experience. The caves lighting was superb and really made for a great atmosphere. The stairs down are easy and the stairs up make you puff a little but... More

Beautiful crystals and the tour was indeed informative. I read that it was 9 degrees all year round below and a thin jacket was recommended to be brought along. Entering and exiting was rather cold as you can feel the strong cold draft but once you're inside where there's no wind, the temperature is just nice and cool. Quite a... More

Our large group got lucky and secured the last 12 spots on this tour upon arrival. So book in advanced in busy seasons! Tour lasts 60 minutes and involves about 500 stairs, but it's at a very relaxed pace. Tour guide provides useful information without overdoing it. The cave is amazing although and at just 60 minutes perfect for families.... More
