Took the ferry from Southport, hopped on a golf cart, and took on the Island. The light house was by far the best adventure. We climbed to the top and took the best pictures in the 360 view.

Growing up on Long Island, NY makes it hard to “wow” me with a Lighthouse. Old Baldy was a great trip up 180 steps and the view from the top was spectacular! If you go to Bald Head Island it is definitely a “must see”!

We loved the lighthouse! Incredible views when you reach the top of the whole island, but if you are claustrophobic, this is not for you! The lighthouse store was also delightful, filled with unusual nicknacks. I would highly recommend visiting this lighthouse.
