I absolutely loved every minute of it. It was beautiful and very relaxing for a mother of 4. The food was great, the view was beautiful, there were many things to do. Now I'm going to bring my 4 kids on a visit to see this beautiful place.

We visited this on a sunny day in June second week. I did not find it anything like what has been said in the reviews. As all the views where for the valley which was all green. So I would suggest anyone visiting should visit during the fall as for great views of the fall colors in the valley. Summer... More

We spent a couple hour's looking at the views, taking photos and going through the gift shop. This would have to be the best place for fall colors viewing.

Lots of places to look out over the valley, but there is one overlook that is breathtaking and you can feel the updraft. Don't forget to visit the small photo gallery with historical photos. Beautiful landscaping and many places to sit and enjoy the view.

We stopped by The Blowing Rock while in NC this weekend, and we really enjoyed our time there. It was not a large area, but with an admission of $7 per adult, not a bad value. The Blowing Rock and its back-story are pretty neat, and you can climb on it, at your own risk, for some great photos! There... More

This is a very pretty area of the North Carolina Mountains! Beautiful views there! :-) Going during weekdays is not as busy and as crowded. Easier to get around and do things!

We looked for the legendary blowing rock and thought it will be a long trail walk through the mountains to reach the rock. Fortunately, the area is within the city and is inside a little park. Fee is very minimal, they have well paved trails and lookouts for panoramic views of the mountain. The blowing rock itself is very easy... More
