I arrived on a Sunday right when it opened at 10am. No crowds. Super friendly staff. Very well organized and laid out. You will get the maximum experience that this hall of fame has to offer. I would spend the $5 for the audio guide next time. It took me 2.5 hours to go through and that included stopping to... More

I visited this museum when I was with my boss for a conference. A person could zip through in an hour or stay longer. My boss is a big NASCAR fan and loved the whole place. We did the simulated driving and had a lot of fun. We both were beat by a little 4 year old girl, so kids... More

If in uptown Charlotte, and a NASCAR fan, this is a necessary stop. Nice, informative exhibits. If just a casual NASCAR fan, it probably still has enough odd historical tidbits to hold your interest. A little on the pricey side, though.

I have been a NASCAR fan since I was aboiut 10 or 12 years old when I attended my first race at the Charlotte Motor Speedway with my best friend whose dad was on Larry Hess and Buddy Arrington' s pit Crew. I remember sitting in the family grandstand that was located where the infield medical center is now. fond... More

The Hall of Fame was a terrific place to visit even though we are not huge NASCAR fans. The exhibits were easy to see, and the accompanying information was easy to read. The arrangement of the memorabilia was unique and added to the interest. Even though we were not visiting with kids, lots of them were there, and they seemed... More

Have to admit we are not real race car enthusiasts but we did enjoy our visit to the NASCAR museum. Engaging and interesting exhibits. The staff seemed to enjoy their work.

I enjoyed it. Not a huge race fan, but I like racing. I enjoyed the history, seeing the cars and the track grade was unbelievable. I didn't think I would care for the simulator, but I liked that too. Interesting to be able to try and life the tires and the gas tank and to take the lug nuts off.... More

Staying nearby and having a rainy morning ahead of us we crossed the street. The impressive NASCAR Hall of Fame towered around us. We entered and enjoyed the historic films interactive exhibits using our "hard card". Picking our names and learning about the inner workings of the Historic and current racing formats. Beyond drivers it shows the team effort involved... More
