Im not into NASCAR that much but I liked this. A lot of good info about our history of racing. The lay out of the bldg was great, you almost and feel the race.

Visited for the first time, and can't wait to return. Lot's to do, feel the racing action! When you walk up the spiral walkway you can get the feeling of a race day, see the history of cars, participate in video racing!!!

Found out lots of history about the sport that we never knew. The hall and the entrance was okay, but too much reading for teenage boys. They didn't care for that, but when we got upstairs, and got to the pit crew? Another story altogether!...More

I have to say, I'm not very much into NASCAR or follow it at all. But I had family visiting from out of town that wanted to go here. The museum is very nice and well laid out. Despite not being into the sport, there...More

How far from the Charlotte airport is this? Would I be able to get there, spend time, and get back on a 4 hours layover?

It's in the downtown area so depending upon traffic, it might be tight.

I think a 3 yr old would be bored. The only place for them to be entertained is a little play area that is probably the size of an office cubicle where they can "color" a car using an interactive table and play with... More
