We've lived in Charlotte 21 years and finally visited a Freedom Park. A great place to walk. There are bikes for rent and hammocks to nap in. A very sweet little spot in the middle of the city. Visited the Nature Museum. Very nice for young children.

Whether you want to ride bikes, lay by the lake or toss around a ball Freedom park is a beautiful place to spend the afternoon. We had a picnic and relaxed in the park while the kids played.

This park is a part of my family history. When you get their you may recognize it. The park has been in many movies. One I can name off hand is Shallow Hal.

We visied the park with my daughter and grand children. Nice place walk around but it would be more attractive in the spring. Worth The time spend on relaxing.

This park is lovely. A great size and has all the enmities one needs for an afternoon out. Great toddler playground, visited by many. Nice paths for walking, jogging or taking the dog. Much needed dog watering and dishes.

Freedom Park is a beautiful place to go to relax, have family picnics or hold class reunions. It's surrounded by neighborhoods and is accessible with good parking.
