The Cherokee museum was very interesting. It had many of the stories that have been passed down through the generations of Native Americans.

Its a small museum, but very educational about the plight of the Cherokee Native Americans, Its best if you do the package deal, which includes the Cherokee Villiage as well as the nightime outdoor theater. You will save money- Buy them at the box office...More

My son and I visited the museum while on our trip in Cherokee. It had a lot of information, but it was a lot of reading. I enjoyed the tales of the past that told how the earth was formed, how animals got their features.

It was everything I hoped it would be. Too much trashy indian stuff in the village stores (made in japan). This was true Indian heritage.

Definitely a good spot for history buffs such as myself, you will learn a lot not only about culture but about the history of the Cherokee.

I wasn't expecting the museum to have as much information and as many exhibits as it did. It was an information overload in a good way. It has a nice souvenir and gift shop as well.
