We are in fairly good shape but the hike to the top was still pretty challenging for us! Great views and killer exercise on way up! Clean area and worth the visit.

Strenuous hike for me but when you reach the top it is so fulfilling because its absolutely gorgeous especially because its fall!

If you go anywhere in the park, go to the waterfall. It is a bit of a hike but a great cardio workout especially heading back. Gorgeous falls in a tranquil, peaceful setting. You feel like you are in paradise.

no. I would advise against it. the trails are steep in some areas with lots of roots. if you have a little one, I'd suggest using a wearable baby carrier.
