We dressed up in the period costumes and took pictures. It was cool! Sitting on the porch and rocking in rocking chairs was neat.

Arrived saturday in Edenton. Little did we know that many places closed Sunday and Monday. However, Barker house open everyday day. Helpful staff and volunteer. Nice gift shop.

After living here 30 plus yrs...I still love it here....The Welcome Center has great gifts, information on the area, and the volunteers are nice and friendly.
