One of the best military museums I have been to, which is quite a few. Very well done and excellent displays make it very interesting. The docents are awesome - most are retired military and are very knowledgeable - by all means engage them in conversation and they will tell you their personal stories!

Do not miss the opportunity. Sincerely appreciated CW5 (Retired) Ralph Alvarez’s assistance, courtesy and friendliness. He was also very candid and helpful with suggestions on the research I... I loved taking my daughter to the 82nd Airborne War Memorial. With my daughter being a military kid I feel it's important for her to have respect for military history.

We toured this museum with our paratrooper. We all enjoyed and appreciated the phenomenal displays, the thoroughly detailed history of our Airborne forces, and the exciting rides in this museum. A great way to spend several hours when in Fayetteville!

I am very sad to say the museum is under going change !! The "old" museum is closed to visitors and only the gift shop was open. A much smaller building next to the old museum holds 5-10% of what the original building held. The soldier manning the "new" museum did not give any reason as to why the old... More
