We visited Sheffield Mine in July 2017 with our 65 year young friends. Weather was hot, but seating is shaded and the water is cool. We scooped our own buckets of dirt and got nice and muddy searching for gems ... but had a blast!...More

Easy to find location with such a helpful staff. The prices were very reasonable and the place was kid and senior friendly. The staff was very knowledgeable and assisted throughout the process. Really enjoyed our first of hopefully many gem stone mining experiences.
