Ended up in Gastonia on business and this was a great place for the kids to spend a few hours. Not terribly expensive. The planetarium was the real highlight.

We enjoyed this museum a lot. It has a ton to keep small kids occupied for several hours. The outdoor areas were one of our favorite parts. We really liked being able to step back in time to see North Carolina through the ages.
