Why is this an attraction? Don't blink or you will miss it. The small inlet has water during a storm and helps prevent road damage. An attraction? Not for us.

Beautiful access to beach with lots of information on migratory bird patterns and the nature of the outer banks and shifting sands. Wish there had been more information about the New New Inlet...but a nice place to stop along the highway and take a break.
